The **Global Certifications Insights** tab under Global Training and Certifications provides you with complete insights on various certification programs qualified by employees across various organizations. The certification insights allow you to extract information on the popular certifications, the total number of certificates completed, and much other information related to the certifications.

This table provides you the information on the certifications that are popular across the organizations. The popularity of the certification program is determined based on the number of employees who have enrolled and passed the certification programs.

This table provides you with information on certification programs, attempts by the employees to clear the certification program, and the number of employees who passed the certification programs.

The globe graphical representation provides you with a pictorial view of certified employees across all organizations. With the help of this graphic, you can view the number of certified employees from different parts of the globe.

You can view the number of certified employees when you hover the mouse over the different locations as well the different color code provides you with information on the certified employees.

This donut chart provides you with the percentage of certified employees based on their areas of interest in different technological domains. It gives you an overview of the employee percentages who are interested in pursuing certification in a specific domain. You can identify the areas of employee interest in a particular technological domain.

When you hover your mouse over the chart, you can see the percentage of certified employees for that particular domain.
