Managing Poll
After you create a vote, it will be shown as a draft on the Voting dashboard. To activate a vote, you must enable it.
Go to Manage, right-click, and click Enable to activate your vote.

Click Enable on the pop-up window. (There will be no email preview for a vote/poll).

Send Reminder
To send the reminder to the committee members to participate in the vote, follow these steps:
Click the
icon under Manage and click Send Reminder.

The Send Vote Reminder dialog box appears. Select the required members.
Click Send to send the reminder.
You can only send reminders to the members who have not voted.

Using the Overflow menu, you can Extend the vote (even after it has closed), Cancel the vote, View Voters, etc.. Note: You cannot set the vote to close early, only extend it.

Add or remove voters from an active poll
Voters are determined by the selected Committee and Voting Status of the poll. You cannot change the attached committee or the voting status criteria after the poll has been enabled. You can update which members are able to vote by updating their status in the committee. This will automatically add or remove a member from voting based on their new Voting Status. You will see the updated Voters List after you refresh the page.
Voters who are removed based on their Voting Status change will receive an email notification.
