Activities Trend by the Week

This metric shows the distribution of activities on your Confluence pages throughout the week. It helps you identify trends in page creation, updates, and engagement over different days.

When you select the date range, this metric shows the data for each day for the week of that selected period. For instance, if you select last year as a date range to analyze the data, the metric will show consolidated documentation activities for all days of the week.

Analyze the Key Metrics

1. Total Documentation Activities: This represents the total number of activities logged across community documents, aggregated by each day of the week.

2. Bar Chart: Each bar corresponds to a day of the week, with the length of the bar representing the total activities for that day.

Interpret the Data

1. Sunday:

   • Activities: 8

   • Observation: Very low activity level, suggesting minimal engagement on Sundays.

2. Monday:

   • Activities: 191

   • Observation: A moderate level of activity, indicating a notable increase in engagement at the beginning of the week.

3. Tuesday:

   • Activities: 594

   • Observation: A high level of activity, suggests that Tuesday is one of the most active days for community documentation activities.

4. Wednesday:

   • Activities: 565

   • Observation: Another high-activity day, indicating sustained engagement mid-week.

5. Thursday:

   • Activities: 720

   • Observation: The highest level of activity, making Thursday the peak day for community documentation activities.

6. Friday:

   • Activities: 70

   • Observation: A significant drop in activities, indicating lower engagement as the weekends.

7. Saturday:

   • Activities: 24

   • Observation: minimal activity, similar to Sunday, suggesting weekends are generally low-engagement period
