The Recent Messages dashboard provides a list of the latest discussions, updates, and announcements within the community. It helps users stay informed about ongoing conversations and important decisions.
The dashboard consists of the following key components:
Rank: Displays the position of messages based on recency, with the most recent messages appearing at the top.
Subject: The title of the discussion or announcement. Click on a subject to view the full message.
Last Message: The date when the last activity occurred in the thread.
Sorting: Users can sort messages based on rank, subject, or last message date.
Filtering: Apply filters to view messages from specific categories or time frames.
Pagination: Use the "Show More" option to load additional messages.
Track Important Updates: Quickly find critical announcements or policy changes.
Engage in Discussions: Click on message subjects to participate in conversations.
