# Appeals In the event that sanctions are imposed pursuant to the Exam Misconduct and Professional Code of Conduct Violations, or your exam score is invalidated pursuant to the Exam Misconduct Policy, you will have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of your notification letter to file an appeal. If you believe you have valid grounds for an appeal, please submit a [Certification Appeals Submission Form](https://training.linuxfoundation.org/lf-certification-appeals-submission-form_121222/) to , as instructed in the notification letter. Incomplete submissions will not be considered nor will requests be received after the thirty (30) calendar day period. If The Linux Foundation determines that a request for appeal is filed within the allowable time, the submission follows required guidelines for consideration and the original sanction and invalidation decision is upheld by LF, such appeal and the information submitted by you will be forwarded to the LF Certifications Appeals Committee for consideration.
