Active Membership Tab Overview

The Active Membership tab within the Membership section offers a detailed view of all active memberships your organization has acquired for various open-source projects. This table includes the following crucial details:

Open-Source Project Name

  • Description: The names of the open-source projects your organization has joined.

  • Action: Click on a project name to access its Membership page for more information.

Membership Tier

  • Description: The type of membership your organization has purchased, detailing the benefits and features included.

Renewal Date

Adding Key Contacts

Follow these steps to add key contacts to your memberships:

  1. On the Membership page, click Active tab.

  2. Click on the Key Contacts column for which you want to add key contacts. For example, if you want to add key contacts for the CNCF, click Key Contacts of CNCF, which opens a dedicated membership page.

  1. On the Overview > Key Contacts table, you will see the list of added key contacts. To add a key contact click icon. To edit the existing key contact, click icon.

  1. On the Add Key Contact page, enter the email ID of the contact who you want to add as a key contact.

  2. Click Add Contact button.

Checking Membership Details

Follow these steps to see and download membership agreements:

  1. Click on the name of the foundation for which you want to check the membership agreements.

  2. On the Overview tab, you will see the Membership Agreements section. In this section, you can see the Membership statuses.

  3. Click the download icon to download the membership agreements.

  4. Click on the Program Manager's name to send an email.

Board and Committee Members

On the Overview tab, you can find the board and committee members' details for that foundation from your organization.
