The Organization Dashboard assists you in managing events related to your organization. The events tab provides all information related to open source events and contributions of your organization in developing the open source project.
The events tab provides you the information on the following:
Attendees - Total number of employees attended from your organization for open source events.
Speakers - Total number of speakers from your organization for the open source events.
Travel Funding Reserved - Travel Funding received from the Linux Foundation for various open source events. This fund will help the open source developers and community members to participate in open source events which would had been difficult without getting travel funds from the Linux Foundation.
Sponsorship - Total number of events sponsored from your organization for the open source events.
Audience Reach - Audience reach for the open source event.
Next upcoming events provides you with the engagement on 3 upcoming events.
Event date - Date when the even is going to happen.
Event venue details - location where the event is going to happen.
Number of registrants - Number of participants from your organization planning to attend the event.
Number of sponsorship - Sponsorship that they have submitted and sponsoring
Number of speakers from your organization

On click of Explore Events link, the Events Insights page appears that provides you details related to attendees, speakers, sponsorship and travel funding. For more information, refer Events.

The data that is populated in this dashboard is from the year 2023. If the data is not available and if they are yet to make any contributions , they need to start participating in upcoming events.

Organization Dashboard provides an interactive dashboard with data visualizations that assist you in easily understanding and monitoring the data. The organization dashboard provides you with the following information:
Events - A dashboard on events that will give you an insight into what all open source events the company has sponsored, who all attended and spoke from your organization in those open source events, and other details related to event management.
Training and certifications - This dashboard assists you in gathering information on training and certifications. This dashboard also assists you in managing the discounts and coupon codes available for your organization.
Committee Members - This dashboard provides you with information related to committee members. It provides information on the number of members and committees.
Code contribution - The dashboard provides you with a code contribution widget that provides you details such as the total project contribution by your organization, the total number of commits, the total number of codes, and all other details related to the code contribution.
Membership - The dashboard provides information on the active membership.
To access your Organization Dashboard, perform the following steps:
Login to Organization Dashboard.​
Access the previous dashboard by toggling the Beta button off, or view the Beta Dashboard by turning it on. For more information on the previous dashboard, refer to Previous Dashboard.
On the vertical sidebar navigation menu, in the Search box; enter your company or organization name. By default, the dashboard page appears. You can also click the Dashboard menu available on the Vertical Sidebar navigation menu.

The Project Contributions feature in the Organization Dashboard provides valuable insights into various metrics related to project contributions. You can select a project from the drop-down menu and set a specific time range to analyze the following metrics:
This metric presents a comprehensive overview of the project’s contribution landscape, including the total number of individuals involved in its development and maintenance, such as maintainers, reviewers, and committers. Additionally, it offers a breakdown of these roles, detailing the specific numbers of maintainers, committers, and reviewers separately.
The Productivity metric measures the overall productivity of the selected project during the specified time range. It can include metrics such as commits, pull requests, and issues closed. This metric gives users an overview of how active and efficient the project has been.
This metric highlights the projects to which the selected project has contributed code. It provides users with visibility into the interconnectedness of different projects within the organization and helps in understanding the collaborative nature of the projects.
The Mailing Lists metric displays information related to the project's mailing lists, such as the number of messages exchanged, active participants, and trending topics. It helps users stay informed about the communication happening within the project community.
Linux Foundation offers various training and certifications which will help the professionals to build and develop their skills across various platforms such as Linux Kernel, Kubernetes, Hyperledger, Node js and many other courses and certifications. These course and certifications are designed and developed by industry experts to meet the requirement of current technical requirement across the industries.

Organizations can register and enroll into various training provided by Linux Foundation. They can also apply for the certification exams that are offered by Linux Foundation.
Organization dashboard assists you to manage trainings and certifications. Trainings & Certifications (T&C) tab in dashboard provides you with all information related to the training and certifications associated with your organization.
The data that is represented in this dashboard is from the year 2023.
The Training & Certification tab provides you the information on the following:
Trainees - Number of employees from your organization who has completed the training.
Certificants - Number of employees from your organization who are certified for the completed trainings.
A chart that shows month wise trainees and certificants. The growth of how many employees who are trained from the this month to the last two months. On click of the legend, you can see month wise data for the trainees and certificants for the last three months.
When you click Explore Training and Certification link, the Training and Certification Summary page appears that provides you details related training and certification associated with your organization. For more information, refer Training and Certification.
If your organization does not have any training and certifications, you can contact the support team to learn more on Training and Certification from the Linux Foundation by sending mail by click of Contact Us.
The Committee Members tab in the dashboard provides various information related to the committee and members associated with an organization. Membership entitlements comes along with the membership purchase. The Committee and Members widget provides information on the following:
Members - Number of committee members associated with your organization
Committees - Number of committees that these members are associated with.
Average Board Meeting Attendance - This is a upcoming feature. This is the average of meeting attendance from membership entitlement seats connected to active membership.
When you click Explore Users link, the Users Summary page appears that provides you details related User Access associated with your organization. For more information, refer User Management.
If there is no membership and committees, there will not be any data that will be displayed.
Code Contribution widget in Dashboard allows you to review code contributions from your organization in developing the open source projects from the current year which is 2023. This widget provides you the following information :
Total number of contributors participated in the open source projects
Total number of contributions (Total of commits, Pull Request (PR), code reviews and issues)
Percentage of commits
Percentage of PRs
Percentage of Code reviews
Percentage of issues
Please note that this is work in progress activity and you might not see the complete data from the projects. There might be some miss match in the data.
Dashboard provide you a Membership widget that provides you with the information and capability to explore active membership associated with the organization.
When you click Explore Membership link, the Membership Summary page appears that provides you details related to all active and expired membership associated with your organization and to discover new membership. For more information, refer Membership.
