Only Administrators can create courses and certifications.
Training and certifications application (platform) will allow the administrators to create, update, publish and delete courses and certifications.

Certification and Management System
Linux foundation has designed a certification and management portal which assists you to manage certifications and coupons. You can validate the certifications, create new coupons, edit and delete coupons.
Examination Module
Examination module will provide a interface where the learners will have a portal to enroll and access the courses, certifications and appear for the examinations.
