# Global Training Insights

Global Training Insights tab under Global Training and Certifications provides you a complete insights on various training programs which are enrolled by employees across all organizations. The global training insights allows you to extract the information on the popular training programs, total enrollment of trainees and many other information related to the trainings.

The following list provides you the complete details that can extracted from the Global Training Insights:

* Popular training programs across all organizations
* Graphical representation of trained employees across the geography
* Total number of enrollments

## Popular Training Programs across all Organizations

This table provides you the information on the trainings that are popular across the organizations. The popularity of the training program is determined based on the number of employees enrolled for the respective training programs.

## Training Program Enrollments across the Globe

The globe graphical representation provides you a pictorial view of employees enrolled for the training programs from different part of the globe. With the help of this graphic you can view number of employees enrolled from different part of the globe.

You can view the number of employees enrolled for a training program when you hover over the mouse on the different locations as well the different color code provides you with the information on the enrolled employees for various training.
